Revenue Operations Analyst
Auris is a payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses, trusted by over 50,000 businesses nationwide. The Revenue Operations Analyst will support the alignment and optimization of sales, marketing, and customer success operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate data and efficient revenue processes.

Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to support revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking
Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the revenue lifecycle
Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including data hygiene, basic configuration, report creation, and user support
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to understand reporting needs and translate business questions into data insights
Assist with revenue forecasting, pipeline reviews, and KPI tracking
Document processes, definitions, and reporting logic to ensure consistency and scalability
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects related to revenue growth and operational efficiency
Help identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and data quality across revenue systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
2–5 years of experience in an analytics, operations, or revenue-focused role (internships or relevant project experience considered)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboards (preferred)
Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
Experience using at least one BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau
Basic understanding of sales and revenue concepts (pipeline, forecasting, trends, etc.)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% as needed
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy and consistency
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences
Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn new tools, systems, and revenue concepts
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Collaborative mindset and comfort working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success stakeholders
Preferred
Basic experience with data modeling, SQL, or automation tools is a plus, but not required
