Kate Spade New York is a global lifestyle brand known for its colorful and bold designs. They are seeking a Media Associate to manage the Affiliate channel, focusing on strategy execution, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales and customer growth.

Responsibilities

Support Sr. Manager, Demand Capture (performance) in designing and executing Affiliate initiatives focused on improving ROAS, driving incremental growth, and new customer acquisition, including quarterly and monthly placement planning and daily and weekly pulse-up optimization
Monitor Affiliate performance across all verticals and key publishers, perform daily QA, monitor budgets & placement execution, and provide pulse-up optimization recommendation
Contribute to the process of briefing and approving creative assets through the creative team. Manage asset trafficking documents, promo calendars and create monthly content deck, assuring all promo creatives are accounted for and executed properly for all publishers and scheduled placements
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly recap of channel performance and key learnings
Support communication between Affiliate publishers and agencies to understand industry trend, current challenges and upcoming opportunities
Support Sr. Manager, Demand Capture (performance) on monthly and quarterly financial accrual and invoicing submission processes – with the ability to reconcile any variances between budgets and invoices
Collaborate with internal team for all launches and promotional activity. Act as a liaison with external vendors and agencies and key publishers to proactively keep ahead of timelines, deliverables, and communications

Required

Bachelors degree and 2+ years of specialized experience and expertise within Affiliate, ideally with a recognized brand in retail/fashion or at an agency. An equivalent combination of work experience and education will be considered
Proficient in affiliate networks
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with publishers and creators
Ability to understand all key marketing metrics and Affiliate verticals performance
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with, consult with, and influence cross-functionally
Aptitude for translating marketing plans and outcomes into clear, concise calendars/recaps
Ability to convey and connect both technical concepts and business context
Comfortable working with ambiguity and a bias for action
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills are a must

Preferred

Experience in influencer partnerships is preferred
