Account Executive
SLHIRE is a fast-growing company seeking a driven and high-energy Account Executive to join their team. In this role, you will lead strategic sales initiatives, manage customer relationships, and execute business development efforts while traveling to meet clients across a multi-county region.
Responsibilities
Own your territory — build, grow, and manage customer relationship
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share
Hunt for new opportunities and win new business
Travel 10–12 business days per month to meet clients face-to-face across a multi-county region
Deliver 5-star customer experiences from introduction to order completion
Monitor competitive trends in price, product, and service
Maintain daily CRM updates and report
Partner with internal teams to align on inventory, planning, and customer expectations
Negotiate pricing and develop custom solutions to meet client needs
Identify and eliminate slow-moving SKUs while forecasting future demand
Qualification
Required
Must be willing to travel 10–12 days/month
Must be based in Texas or Florida
5+ years of sales and account management experience in a high-growth environment
Strong B2B selling background; corrections/government/law enforcement experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
Strong follow-up skills and ability to multitask on the road
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 10–12 business days/month
Comfortable with CRM tools and remote reporting
Preferred
Experience working for a distribution/supply company
