Dental Office Manager For Pediatrics (EXPERIENCED IN DENTAL MANAGEMENT ONLY)
Confidential company is seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their pediatric and orthodontic dental practice. The role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining efficient practice workflows to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient service
Oversee fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, billing, and accounts receivable using systems like Dentrix and Eaglesoft
Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, JCAHO standards, and other applicable laws
Oversee medical records management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation in EMR/EHR systems
Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize practice efficiency and patient care delivery
Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements for operational excellence
Present Treatment plans to patients that need dental treatment and Orthodontic Treatment
Facilitate communication between departments to support acute care, managed care, utilization management, and other healthcare services
Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, medical office procedures, and healthcare management best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in medical or dental office management with a strong background in practice management software such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar PMS systems
Extensive knowledge of fiscal management including budgeting and financial oversight
Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team effectively
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing medical records and administrative support functions
Proficiency in medical terminology and medical office procedures
Ability to handle human resources tasks such as staffing, training, and performance evaluations
Experience in managing dental clinic operations or healthcare facilities with a focus on quality improvement and patient satisfaction
Effective communication skills to liaise with clinical staff, patients, vendors, and regulatory bodies
