Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with corporate goals in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Oversee multiple production sites, driving Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing operations leadership team focused on accountability and collaboration
Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to meet customer and contract requirements for naval and defense systems
Manage facility and equipment investments to support growth and modernization
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and defense industry standards, including ISO, AS9100, and ITAR
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in defense, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing
Proven success driving operational transformation, scalability, and cost reduction
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP systems, and program-based production environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
U.S. Citizenship required
