Responsibilities
Professionally operate all heavy equipment associated with the construction and maintenance of the Anchorage International Airport (ANC)
Operate equipment on the airfield and airport property
Remove snow from the airfield surfaces, parking lots, roadways, and sidewalks
Clean equipment, conduct emergency concrete and asphalt repair, and perform brush and tree removal
Maintain airports and roadways in all conditions, including snow plowing and security inspections
Clear rights-of-way and airport safety areas of vegetation overgrowth
Train for any emergency that may occur
Qualification
Required
Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A with N-Tanker endorsement per 49 CFR 383
Successfully complete a background and employment check prior to an offer of employment
Obtain an Airport Security Badge and maintain it for the term of employment
Participation in a pre-employment drug test and participation in a random drug and alcohol testing program for the term of employment
Three (3) professional references, including name, job title, and current phone numbers
Copy of Alaska Class A CDL
