Expleo USA is seeking an Interior Accessories Product Design Engineer to join their client’s team in Troy, MI. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate interior accessories that enhance vehicle functionality and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

Partner with brand planning and strategy teams to develop new feature ideas

Conduct initial design and feasibility studies with Interior Product teams, Vehicle Integration, and Product Design Office

Create Source Package documents and support Mopar Purchasing in reviewing technical submissions from suppliers

Lead vehicle test and validation activities based on component and vehicle DVP validation plans

Host weekly engineering development meetings with suppliers and Mopar team members

Track and manage suspension kit timing for on-time launch

Manage and track releasing and changes of vehicle interior systems and body components
