Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic cybersecurity projects, from initiation through deployment and closeout

Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with business sponsors, IT platform leads, and external partners

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedule, budget, resource allocation, risk register, and change management approach

Ensure adherence to PMO standards and governance processes for quality, compliance, and audit readiness

Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues, driving accountability and timely resolution across internal and external teams

Deliver high-quality outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations for scope, schedule, and performance metrics

Contribute to the evolution of PMO standards, tools, and best practices, including portfolio reporting and project health assessments

Provide coaching and mentorship to project teams on consistent project management methodologies

Participate in post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and improve portfolio execution maturity

Champion a culture of delivery excellence, accountability, and partnership across all levels of the organization
