They are seeking a Machine Operator to join their team in Reno, where the candidate will be responsible for assembling and inspecting parts, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals.

Responsibilities
Assemble and/or inspect parts for any defects and assign a passing or failing grade
Ensure quality products through careful cleaning and handling of parts
Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
Support plant goals of reducing customer complaints and damaged parts while increasing the amount of on time shipments
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Basic Production Procedures
Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics, and Manuals
Significant Attention to Detail
Preferred
Previous Manufacturing Experience
Previous Experience in Semiconductor industry
Experience working in a Clean Room Environment
