Responsibilities
Design and build automated Azure infrastructure for Syniti-hosted SaaS workloads
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
Automate monitoring, patching, backup, and DR operations using Azure-native tooling
Integrate observability frameworks and enforce logging of user and security events
Collaborate with SRE and security teams to meet Cyber Essentials+ and SecNumCloud control objectives
Provide L3 incident response and lead root cause analysis efforts in Azure-hosted environments
Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a global team
Ability to work with stakeholders across development, compliance, and infrastructure teams
Commitment to continuous improvement and operations as code principles
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure including AKS, Storage, Monitor, and IAM
3+ years of experience in Terraform module development in support of Azure deployments
3+ years in CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD)
Experience in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Experience implementing regional compliance controls
Understanding of Zero Trust principles, service identity, and workload isolation
Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a global team
Ability to work with stakeholders across development, compliance, and infrastructure teams
Commitment to continuous improvement and operations as code principles
