Part-time Workforce Development Program Consultant
The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a Workforce Development Program Consultant to assist Workforce Development System Liaison Project staff. This role involves developing training and resources for adult education program staff and contributing to various program deliverables.

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Workforce Development or a related discipline plus one year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of, and experience with, the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, workforce development, and career pathways
Knowledge in adult education theory and practice and English as a Second Language theory and practice are strongly desired
Strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to creatively solve problems
Experience using Microsoft Office products, Google Suite, and web conferencing tools
