They are seeking an Inside Sales-Electrical representative to provide outstanding customer service, maintain and grow the customer base, and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via text that is friendly, helpful, fast, and accurate
Maintain and grow existing customer base
Build relationship with customers: answer customer questions and ask follow up questions to determine their needs
Provide post-sale customer support, including follow-ups, troubleshooting, invoice concerns, etc
Work closely with sales team, sales managers, pricing and purchasing team to determine proper pricing
Act as an extension of the outside sales force to proactively grow product sales
Maintain profitable standards
Inform and explain ongoing and upcoming special promotions, programs, and spiffs
Process customer payments, returns, and credits
Suggest, promote, sell, and upsell products to increase sales volume
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, purchasing notes, flyers, trade magazines
Perform job safely, follow all safety guidelines
Seek ways to improve the overall customer experience
Follow all relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Qualification
Required

The employee is occasionally required to twist, bend, climb stairs/ladders, stoop, kneel, or crouch
Preferred
Previous inside or outside sales preferred
Previous HVAC, plumbing, electrical products knowledge (2-3yrs)
Familiar with ProKeep, IBMi a plus
