Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking a Director of Labor Management to lead the development and optimization of an Oracle Fusion Cloud workforce management application suite. Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Time & Labor, Absence, and Advanced Scheduling applications, ensuring integration with payroll, finance, and operational systems

Manage cross-functional delivery teams including functional analysts, technical consultants, operational, clinical, HR partners, and vendors across all project phases

Maintain and enhance systems to ensure accurate, timely labor productivity and utilization data

Standardize labor management policies, procedures, and productivity analytics across the enterprise

Monitor labor performance using Oracle Fusion and analytics tools; produce dashboards and management reporting to support data-driven decisions

Partner with operations and finance during budgeting and forecasting cycles to align labor analytics with business targets

Develop and deliver training programs to support adoption of labor management tools and standardized processes

Define and execute long-term labor management strategies aligned with organizational productivity and financial goals

Lead workforce forecasting, staffing impact reporting, and labor performance measurement

Develop outcome measurement methodologies against established productivity targets

Oversee daily labor management operations, ensuring consistency across the organization

Ensure accountability for enterprise-wide labor management performance

Monitor productivity trends and provide accurate, timely reporting to accelerate decision-making

Align with key stakeholders to balance operational support, reporting, and accountability

Direct standardized training for labor management tools

Ensure productivity targets support monthly and annual budget requirements

Participate in annual and campus-level budget processes with labor management recommendations

Partner with HR leadership on workforce and personnel matters affecting labor spend

Establish communication cadences to report performance against service levels, budget, and staffing needs

Review productivity, turnover, and volume trends prior to approval of premium labor spend
