Responsibilities
Ensure timely and quality completion of scheduled maintenance and repairs for our members’ homes
Interact with members, subcontractors and our support team to provide updates and instructions regarding maintenance needs
Provide clearly documented reports after each visit to summarize the work completed and any necessary follow-up
Grow and develop your skills with professional development and opportunities to advance within our company into leadership roles
Qualification
Required
A seasoned handyman or maintenance professional with a background in residential home building and/or maintenance
Knowledgeable about basic home maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and painting
An excellent problem solver who can work independently to troubleshoot household issues
A good communicator who can clearly relay both verbal and written information
Comfortable with technology (basic computer skills, email, our Proprietary Software)
