Responsibilities

Meet with clients to gather business requirements

Conduct analysis of business requirements and write Business Process Documentation

Document analysis of System Requirements Specification

Define, develop, and implement quality assurance policies and procedures

Perform problem analysis and timely corrective action or assistance

Review error codes to determine the appropriate course of action for correction

Assist technical programmer analysts in the design, development, and testing of application system corrections or enhancements

Monitor migration of new and revised applications through user acceptance for quality assurance

Develop, review, and update application documentation and training material

Assist with on-site training and support for all levels of users

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or other related field with specific coursework in the structure and use of automated information systems

Two (2) years of experience providing problem solving analysis and ongoing user support, coordinating system development and implementation, and training users on the functionality of applications for agency or statewide systems housed on computers or large client server platforms

At least 2 years of experience must have involved developing and documenting business rules for new projects, and at least one of the following: application or systems migrations, database development, or testing system requirements

Ability to communicate effectively

Familiar with SDLC methodologies and tools (like JIRA, ADP etc.)
