Responsibilities

Supporting attorneys throughout the entire litigation lifecycle—from discovery through trial

Managing complex case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars

Drafting and reviewing pleadings, discovery requests, and responses

Organizing, analyzing, and summarizing large volumes of documents

Assisting with witness coordination, interviews, and scheduling

Preparing trial materials, exhibits, and binders for hearings and trial

Communicating with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and internal teams

Accurately tracking time and managing multiple active cases simultaneously
