Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities
Own the entire sales process from initial contact to contract execution
Prospect and qualify leads through outbound efforts and inbound interest
Understand customer needs, pain points, and goals to position Safety Plus’s solutions effectively
Conduct engaging product demos tailored to the prospect’s needs
Manage contract negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in Salesforce
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or a tech-enabled service industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas through consultative selling techniques
Proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales tools
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
Highly motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
A genuine interest in understanding customer needs and delivering value
Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams to achieve shared goals
