Plan and balance workload across the modular execution team to ensure efficient resource use and timely milestone achievement
Coordinate daily relay execution, managing timelines, dependencies, and resources to meet quality standards
Serve as a subject-matter expert on modular execution standards, providing hands-on guidance to associates for consistent execution
Track progress, identify risks, and remove obstacles to ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met
Translate analyst and leadership requirements into structured execution plans with clear communication of updates and decisions
Capture feedback and performance data to refine planning and promote continuous improvement
Mentor and develop associates, fostering operational excellence and growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years' experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution
4 years' experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated coordination ownership
Proven experience in workload planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project milestones efficiently
Expertise in modular execution standards with the ability to provide hands-on consultation ensuring quality and consistency
Strong project coordination skills, including risk identification, communication, and resolution to maintain timelines
Ability to translate complex requirements into structured execution plans and maintain clear cross-functional communication
Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to foster operational excellence
Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and compliance in all business practices
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and leveraging digital tools for enhanced execution

Experience with enterprise modular planning and retail execution platforms
Proven ability to lead through change in a fast-paced environment
