Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: actively research companies across the U.S. that are hiring for Contract and Direct Hire positions
Client Acquisition: Execute high-volume cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with Hiring Managers, HR Directors, and Internal Recruiters
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with new clients to understand their hiring needs and secure exclusive or non-exclusive staffing agreements
Negotiation: Successfully negotiate contract terms, fee agreements (typically 20-25%), and service level agreements with new clients
Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting team (including Lead Recruiters) to ensure job orders are fillable and align with our candidate network
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., manufacturing, legal, finance) to identify emerging hiring surges

Qualification

B2B salesStaffing/Recruiting experienceCold-calling skillsCRM tools proficiencyCommunication skillsSelf-starter

Required

Must currently reside in the state of Texas
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, Business Development, or Account Management
Strong cold-calling skills and a lack of phone reluctance are essential
Proficiency with modern CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator, and remote work software
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to craft professional emails and command attention on the phone
Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment with high accountability

Preferred

Experience specifically within the Staffing/Recruiting industry is highly preferred
