InternEverwise Credit Union is dedicated to providing excellent financial services, and they are seeking a Fraud Investigations Intern to support their Fraud department. This role will involve assisting with various projects aimed at enhancing fraud prevention and awareness among members.

Responsibilities
Work with Fraud Investigations team and other appropriate business units to create simple fraud-prevention guides that are shared when members open accounts
Develop fraud awareness modules teaching members how to spot phishing and secure their accounts
Help create timely awareness campaigns (emails, posters, social posts) for seasonal campaigns (tax season, holidays, etc.)
Create materials frontline staff can use to educate customers during interactions
Work with Fraud Investigations and various business units to incorporate departmental reporting into the fraud monitoring system
Create standardized reporting templates for fraud investigations to streamline documentation
Create scorecards for various quality reviews and assist with completion of quality reviews
SharePoint projects – adding resources, maintenance, etc
Additional projects as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Currently attending a college or university and have taken intermediate level courses typically in the third year of study
Accountable for timely completion of assigned projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service
Strong attention to detail
High level of confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
Accountable for the quality of work provided, documentation and follow-up with adherence to Everwise's service expectations
Accountable for maintaining the strictest of confidentiality
Preferred
Pursuit of degree in Criminal Justice
