Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of multiple projects or programs in support of the evolution of the organization’s software products
Perform program analysis, manage risk, identify and influence necessary course corrections, and communicate program status across multiple levels of management
Continuously assess and improve processes within the software development lifecycle
Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality
Define and track key metrics and performance indicators
Drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables

Required

Experience in developing commercial software products using agile development practices
Expertise in managing cross-organizational software development projects from initiation through delivery
Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics for engineering development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large-scale systems
Experience with controlled software release processes involving product lifecycle management tools
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area or demonstrated competence
Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience
