They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to strategically partner with the executive team and manage finance, accounting, and administrative functions while leading growth and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a high performance team with responsibility for the finance, accounting, and administrative functions
Focus on upgrading reporting and visibility into all areas of the business, from accounting, inventory management and production to acquisition integration plans, cash management and lender relationships
Lead significant growth and performance improvement initiatives
Involved in growth initiatives leading and mentoring the finance and accounting team while providing support across the entire organization
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Chief Financial Officer or similar role in a commercial services environment
Experience in leading, scaling, and professionalizing a multi-location commercial services organization
Ability to build and manage a high performance finance, accounting, and administrative team
Experience in implementing best practices and KPIs
Strong background in financial reporting, inventory management, production, acquisition integration, cash management, and lender relationships
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to mentor and support the finance and accounting team
