Lead the design and development of significant features across backend, frontend, or full-stack domains
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences
Own large projects end-to-end, improving codebases, system design, and deployment workflows
Contribute to a high-performing engineering culture through best practices, mentorship, and code quality
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong experience in Node.js, TypeScript, APIs
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, DynamoDB)
Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure
Comfort working across the stack in a modern, agile environment
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and performance optimization
Preferred
Background in social platforms, content management, or analytics
Experience mentoring other engineers or driving architectural decisions
Familiarity with tools like DataDog, Copilot, or other AI-powered developer tools
