Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and tax service line professionals, ensuring a seamless implementation of the cloud-based tax platform
Develop a deep understanding of the tax services, specifically within KPMG's Digital Gateway, and provide clients a path to articulate how tax platform's functionalities deliver significant value and efficiency to those services
Conduct compelling product demonstrations for clients and internal teams, clearly showcasing platform features and benefits; provide consulting and collaboration between multiple teams and tax functions
Understand and capture business requirements from users and provide structured feedback to the cloud-based platform's product team to help guide future enhancements
Effectively manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, handling large volumes of data while ensuring all milestones are met successfully; this includes coordinating with our onshore and India-based technology teams
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Required

Minimum one year of recent professional experience, preferably in a role that combines business process with technology
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Proven mentality with the ambition to take ownership and drive projects forward; experience working with large volumes of data concurrently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences; possess a strong aptitude for technology and the ability to quickly master new software platforms
Experience working with and collaborating with a broad range of teams within an organization
Minimum two years of recent professional experience, preferably in a role that combines business process with technology (for Senior Associate)

Preferred

Preferred knowledge of fundamentals of tax services and applying that knowledge to technology solutions
Experience in a client-facing position within a professional services firm preferred
