Responsibilities
Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI architectures (RAG pipelines, Agent orchestration, LLM integration) that solve specific business problems
The Playbook: Oversee 2-3 concurrent missions, establishing the technical standards and quality gates for other engineers on the project
Build for Reuse: Identify patterns across client projects and turn them into reusable modules for the InstaAgents platform
Client Bridge: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and act as the technical authority in client interactions
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in Software engineering, Data science
Proficient in Machine learning, LLM integration, Code review, Artificial intelligence (AI), Agent development
English - Conversational
Experience building ML systems from the ground up
Ability to lead a small team of engineers while remaining hands-on
Understanding of deploying LLMs in production, including latency, cost, hallucinations, and evaluation
