Responsibilities
Safely operating and cleaning pilot brewing equipment to execute trials, paving the way for exciting new beverage and process innovations
Support process review, expanding pilot capabilities with improvements in equipment, process, and automation
Ensure each production is executed with meticulous attention to detail, delivering world-class results to our stakeholders
Collaborate with the MCBC R&D and technical brewing team(s) supporting business objectives and venturing into uncharted territories of beverage processing
Be an integral part of a diverse team of brewing professionals, collectively driving the success of the department, division, and the entire company
Qualification
Required
You have a bachelor's degree in Brewing or related field and/or equivalent experience
2 years experience in brewing/beverage, quality, or packaging operations
Understanding of quality control throughout brewing, liquid processing, and packaging
Ability to understand, troubleshoot and correct process, control or maintenance issues
You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
