Regional Sales Manager
Saferide.ai is building a universal compute and vision platform for vehicles aimed at enhancing road safety. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts into automotive dealer groups in the North Western United States, focusing on dealership adoption of their platform.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategy targeting dealer groups across the North West
Leverage your network of GMs, principals, and dealer owners to drive adoption of Saferide
Manage full-cycle sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing contracts
Partner with dealer groups to ensure successful on-boarding and long-term adoption
Provide feedback from the field to refine product, pricing, and go-to-market approach
Represent Saferide at industry events, conferences, and dealer association meetings
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on car dealer groups
Strong existing network of dealer decision-makers (GMs, principals, owners)
Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and can build and manage their own book of business
Preferred
Experience selling automotive software, F&I products, or connected car solutions
Prior role at a dealership group, vendor, or SaaS provider in the automotive retail ecosystem
Familiarity with dealership operations, sales cycles, Consultative and ROI-driven selling
