Qualification
Required
Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting management
Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring processes, especially for leadership roles
Proficiency in developing and executing Employer Branding strategies
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to work in a remote environment and lead cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Prior experience in leadership or executive hiring within the BFSI or consulting sectors is highly desirable
advanced degrees or certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR are a plus
