Responsibilities

Shape product strategy and make key decisions about visual direction and user experience

Lead design projects, participate in critiques, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation

Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for new features

Build and nurture a design-focused culture across the company

Help shape processes that prioritize attention to detail and design excellence

Understand our customers' needs deeply through direct conversations and close collaboration with support and sales teams

Required

Several years of experience designing software, ideally in a product-focused environment

Strong design sense, careful attention to detail, and genuine passion for the craft

Ability to approach complex problems and create simple, effective user experiences, including solving complex UX challenges where AI capabilities meet human intent

Track record of shipping excellent design in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to collaborate with product teams

Strong visual communication skills with experience creating prototypes (we use Figma and AI coding tools like Figma Make and Cursor)

Experience with design systems

Preferred

Experience with coding and technical tools like VSCode, GitHub, and AI coding tools like Cursor
