Responsibilities
Responsible for requirements analysis, product planning, functional design, and project management of systems such as DMP, Label Platform, User Profile Platform, and Data Analysis Platform
Responsible for the access and analysis of core internal and external data within the company, mining user characteristics and labels based on business growth goals, and promoting the practical application of data in ByteDance's payment business
Continuously improve the quality of features/labels/profiles based on the effectiveness feedback from business parties/models
Through in-depth understanding of business, conduct business data governance, unify data definitions, build a core metrics system and an effectiveness monitoring system, and achieve data collection and effectiveness analysis for growth experiments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Data Science, Data Mining, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
5+ years of work experience in fields such as data platform, Data Analysis, and data mining
Good at communication, with outstanding execution, logical thinking, and presentation skills
Preferred
Candidates with a deep understanding of the combination of models/recommendations and data, and experience in managing related platform products such as business overview, DMP platform, user profile, etc., are preferred
Good Data Analysis and business analysis skills, proficiency in using Excel/SQL/Python is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset, able to handle rapid changes and imperfect current situations
Bonus: Have a deep understanding of the payment or financial industry
