Responsibilities

Support end-to-end HR vendor management processes, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Leverage supply chain or vendor management software to track vendor status, documentation, and approvals

Interpret and work with high-level contract language in partnership with Legal and other stakeholders

Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, Risk, and Finance teams to finalize contracts and complete compliance requirements

Serve as a central point of coordination to progress vendors through onboarding, approval, and renewal stages

Maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external vendors

Evaluate current vendor management processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency

Maintain a strategic, big-picture view of projects while proactively addressing risks, delays, or issues

Resolve vendor-related challenges across the full vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, payments, and disputes, in a timely and professional manner
