Lead iterative improvements to dispute templates to enhance accuracy and user clarity
Implement updates and improvements in HTML-based templates to streamline workflows
Analyze dispute outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and measure success
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable improvements
Monitor and refine processes to improve dispute resolution rate and accuracy

Qualification

HTML codingData analysisOperations managementPerformance improvementCommunication skillsCross-functional collaboration

Required

3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or analytics roles
Proven ability to manage performance improvements and implement operational solutions
Proficiency in HTML with experience editing and maintaining templates
Strong data analysis skills (SQL, Excel) to evaluate process effectiveness
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Remote - West Coast preferred but not required
