Build and steward high‑trust relationships with major donors, corporations, and foundations
Craft persuasive narratives that communicate systems‑level impact
Navigate cross‑sector partnerships and align funder priorities with global health and education needs
Lead strategic fundraising planning in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven environment
Thrive in ambiguity and bring entrepreneurial energy to a model that’s scaling worldwide
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills and experience in developing data-driven strategies
Consulting and Management Consulting skills to provide expert guidance and craft effective plans
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Basic expertise in Finance and ability to contribute to budgeting and financial planning
Innovative mindset and ability to work in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Previous experience in non-profit fundraising or strategy development
