Responsibilities

Process audits and endorsements

Check and attach insurance policies in Epic

Assemble client’s insurance policies for delivery

Process and issue proofs of insurance (certificates, evidence of property)

Process endorsement requests, direct bill cancellations, and reinstatements

Obtain loss runs, endorsements, billing, etc., from carrier websites

Attend office/team meetings as necessary

Participate in carrier website training

Qualification

P&C licenseMicrosoft ProductsInsurance softwareInsurance experienceCommunication skillsOrganization skillsAttention to detail

Required

Active P&C license or the ability to obtain one upon hire

Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills

Strong organization and prioritization skills

Microsoft Products experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Preferred

Personal or commercial insurance experience

Experience working with insurance software, preferably Applied Systems

Experience working in an office setting
