Administrative Assistant Intern
Chapter is a fast-growing design-build company, and they are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Sales Administrator intern to support their Head of Sales in New York. This hands-on role involves sales operations, client interaction, and project onboarding.
Responsibilities
Administrative support related to sales activities
Attending sales meetings, client walkthroughs, and internal meetings
Assisting with sales presentations and follow-ups
Supporting internal and external onboarding of new projects
Coordinating communication between sales, internal teams, and clients
Email follow-ups, documentation, and organization of sales materials
Qualification
Required
Very strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented and structured, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working with clients and internal teams
Prior experience in administrative work, sales support, business development, or related roles is a strong plus
