Responsibilities
Interface with customers to identify requirements and translate them into custom solutions
Provide technical and consultative support and effectively communicate technical information to our customers
Work with sales and marketing teams to create a clear understanding of our engineered solutions so they can best market and sell our products
Develop product tooling, fixtures, jigs, and manufacturing efficiency aids
Maintain project completion status for all active projects
Create and modify Engineering documentation such as material specifications, drawings, 3D models, operating procedures, and reports
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident to meet ITAR employment requirements
BS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university is required
3+ years experience in engineering design or technical sales or consultative sales or intern experience
Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Effective verbal and written communication, mentoring, facilitation, and team-building skills
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Shown ability to excel in a results-oriented, challenging environment
