Required

Candidates seeking a BS/MS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Civil, Biological or Chemical Engineering as well as Microbiology and Biology are preferred

Are 1-4 year away from Graduation (Engineering school/ Universities)

Ability to manage time and tasks

Able to communicate clearly to document instructions of processes

Good technical writing skills

Good organization skills with superb attention to detail

Ability to analyze drawings, written procedures, and processes to find the best method of achieving desired results

Excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills
