Responsibilities

Train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data

Own and define the direction of solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies

Collaborate with software developers and engineers as well as end users to deliver world-class solutions to develop and drive solutions to remote sensing issues for operations clients

Test and drive AI/ML concepts and solutions for a data-intensive system

Guide clients as they navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks

Define ML strategy

Required

4+ years of experience delivering AI/ML based solutions for object identification and classification

4+ years of experience with Python coding, including for AI/ML solutions

Experience with remote sensing image processing, data exploitation, and algorithm development

Experience with software configuration management using Git

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in AI/ML or 8+ years of experience in AI/ML in lieu of a degree

Preferred

Experience with container technology, including Docker or Podman

Experience with PyTorch and Tensor Flow

Knowledge of passive EO and IR systems

Ability to work with limited guidance and clear direction

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with peers and clients

Bachelor's degree in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or an Engineering field preferred; Master's degree in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, or an Engineering field a plus
