Responsibilities

Lead and improve the end-to-end operational process including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery

Coach, structure, and guide project managers to elevate performance and consistency across teams

Develop and implement workflows, operational standards, and tools to support growth

Partner with leadership to refine the sales-to-execution process so profitability and job costing are clear and actionable

Bring structure to planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision making

Evaluate and recommend technologies and systems that support scaling and efficiency
