Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the welfare and quality of life for elders in the community. They are currently hiring a Human Resources/ Payroll Specialist responsible for day-to-day HR duties, including new hire onboarding, leave administration, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.

Responsible for the day-to-day Human Resources duties, including new hire and on-boarding process, leave administration, administrative projects, assisting with benefits administration, and providing backup to payroll

Required

1-year experience in Human Resources with exposure to Leave of Absence Administration

Excellent computer skills

Excellent communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, but not required
