Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs using Ruby on Rails
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Design and optimize database schemas and implement effective design patterns
Develop and maintain background jobs and system integrations
Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
Follow TDD, CI/CD, Agile/SCRUM , refactoring, and coding standards
Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve performance and scalability

Required

Master's degree
2+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Must have U.S. work authorization
