Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality full-custom layouts at both block and top level, ensuring compliance with stringent AMS and RF design constraints
Collaborate closely with designers to drive layout closure on advanced technology nodes

Required

8+ years of experience in Analog / Mixed-Signal / RF layout design
Strong hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso (XL/GXL) for layout
Strong hands-on experience with Calibre for DRC/LVS/ERC and antenna checks
Proven experience with advanced technology nodes (5nm and below preferred)
Hands-on experience with PDKs involving multi-patterning rules
Solid RF layout expertise, including high-frequency signal routing
Solid RF layout expertise, including guard rings, shielding, isolation
Solid RF layout expertise, including EM and coupling considerations
Experience laying out RF blocks such as Mixers, LNAs, VCOs, Power Amplifiers
B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / M.E in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
