AAA Mountain West Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Bilingual Sales Agents. The role involves providing exceptional service to members through phone calls, offering AAA products and services, and exceeding member expectations in a sales environment.

Provide legendary service to 100+ Member calls a day

Proactively offer valuable AAA products and services to meet member needs while following policies and procedures

Adhere to your assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches

Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment

CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN UTAH

Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication

A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distraction

A willingness to learn and the ability to actively listen and engage Members to overcome objections

You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via ethernet (No DSL, satellite, hot spots, etc). Modem/router must be in the same room as the computer equipment. Minimum 25 MBPS download and minimum 5 MBPS upload

Schedule flexibility - our Call Center is open 8 AM - 10 PM (M-F) & 8 AM - 8 PM (weekends); also open on holidays

Successful completion of criminal background screen
