Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client information and appointments
Assist with billing and payment processing

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Preferred
Experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting
Experience with veterinary software programs
Bilingual in English and Spanish
