Responsibilities

Manage the sample archive room, including sample bins and sample walls, ensuring organization and accuracy

Track and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of SMS (Salesman Samples) to internal sales teams and external customers

Coordinate sample submissions for licensor review, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met

Create and maintain sample tags, photograph samples, and prepare complete sample packages for licensor approval

Partner closely with the Submission Coordinator to input and track submissions accurately in internal systems

Support yarn and material approvals, including reviewing and approving lab dips for color accuracy

Communicate effectively with Product Development, Production, Sales, and external partners to ensure smooth sample flow

Maintain detailed records and follow up on outstanding samples, submissions, and approvals

Required

High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred

1–2 years of experience in a Sample Coordinator or Production support role, preferably within legwear (socks) or apparel

Demonstrated ability to review and approve yarn colors and lab dips

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Self-motivated with strong follow-through and a proactive approach to problem solving
