Comb websites (Cars.com, Autotrader.com, Car Guru, Facebook, etc.), Newspapers and Private individuals for their used inventory
Contact the sellers of the vehicles for appraisals
Schedule an appointment for an appraisal at a conveniently located dealership using FitzBuysCars.com
Confirm appointment details and purchase of vehicle with the dealership
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach
Qualify and manage leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential clients
Leads responded to in under 10 minutes is the goal
Develop and maintain relationship with potential clients
Collaborate with senior management to create and implement business development strategies
Assist in setting goals and performance metrics for business growth and expansion
Sales to make video of every lead that has a vehicle in inventory
Upload every video and send to internet client
Make sure sales is ready for the appointment
Vehicle inspected cleaned and has gas
There is a reservation paper in the window with client name, date, time and sales professional
Develop strategies to retain and grow existing customer accounts
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and progress
Prepare reports and presentations for management review
Qualification
Required
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Strong Customer Service and follow up skills
Excellent organizational skills
