Responsibilities
Support full-cycle onboarding and offboarding, including document management, orientation coordination, and systems access
Assist with recruitment logistics and marketing: job postings, resume screening, scheduling, and candidate communication
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data
Generate and prepare HR reports and documentation as requested
Process employee changes such as promotions, leaves, and terminations
Enroll employees in training programs, track completion dates, and send reminders
Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws, maintaining required documentation
Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and employee experience
Engage in social media, marketing and branding efforts to strengthen awareness, recruiting and retention initiatives
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, administration, or related field (nonprofit experience a plus)
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, ATS platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and mail merge tools
A self-starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, creative and dependable
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (supplemental pay available if qualified)
