Part-time Marketing Manager

Chick-fil-A is a growing restaurant in Dothan, AL, seeking a creative & growth-oriented Marketing Manager to join their team. The role involves managing community engagement, growing sales, and developing marketing plans while fostering relationships through events and promotions.

Responsibilities

Grow Sales and Influence in our community
Manage social media & increase engagement with the community
Build and maintain relationships that help foster growth of sales and influence through in-restaurant & community events, promotions, partnerships, Cow mascot appearances, etc
Own and grow our digital sales channels and Chick-fil-A One App
Lead and grow the Catering portion of our business
Build and execute our monthly calendar of events, promotions, etc
Assist with restaurant operations during peak periods & as needed (for example, help in dining room, front counter, or server over lunch, assist with planning, preparation, & delivery of large catering orders, etc.)
Develop creative and effective marketing plans that you implement and optimize
Own the growth of sales through increases in guest count, check average, catering, app usage, etc
Relentlessly pursue excellence & demonstrate an ownership mindset in all of our Sales & Brand Growth initiatives
Motivate yourself, solve problems, and demonstrate a “make it better” mindset that enables continuous improvement & a commitment to growth
Analyze data, review trends, and develop action plans to enable sustained, above average business results
Effectively communicate, collaborate, and problem solve with other Leaders and Team Members in a fast-paced, challenging, ever-changing environment. Then celebrate when we reach our goals!

Required

At least 1 year of creative/marketing/community involvement/advertising experience with measurable results
Possess creativity, internal drive, & time management skills
Be an asset to the Team through your example, maturity, and professionalism
Proficient with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar graphic design programs
Restaurant experience is NOT required
High school degree
