Responsibilities
Manual Testing: Execute manual software test cases to validate functionality, identify bugs, and ensure product performance meets expectations
Regression Maintenance: Assist with maintaining and updating test cases and regression suites as the product evolves
Bug Tracking: Document and report issues using Azure DevOps, collaborating with developers to verify fixes
Documentation (As Needed): Occasionally update user or testing documentation to support clarity and consistency
Team Collaboration: Participate in regular QA meetings and share feedback on test results and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Current enrollment in a Computer Science or related program (Associate's level preferred)
Basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual or automated)
Comfort working with computers, basic troubleshooting, and common software tools
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
English language fluency, verbal and written
Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test
Preferred
Familiarity with or interest in tools like Azure DevOps, Git, or JavaScript is helpful but not required
