Transportation

Responsibilities

Follow and collaborate on standards and practices to ensure a high quality
Develop and maintain support applications and integrations to support business needs
Assist with quality assurance tasks including code reviews, testing and review of peer code
Work with stake holders and Manager of Software Development to analyze needs
Provide support to tier 1 support and end users as needed
Design and maintain data structures and storage to support application and business needs
Assist in maintaining servers to ensure they are stable and operational
Maintain documentation and tracking of efforts as expected
Communicate and impart knowledge and skillsets to internal personnel as directed
Work with and assist the Manager of Software Development, and the VP of IT to accomplish business requirements and goals
Perform other related assignments as needed

Required

High school diploma/GED required
3 Years of SQL experience
3 years of experience with Javascript
3 years professional software development (required)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Experience with data integration
Experience Node.js and/or React.js
Experience with web services (Both REST and SOAP)
Familiarity with GIT
Ability to work with internal and external personnel in a calm, professional manner
3-5 years Node/Redux/React or other javascript (preferred)
Mobile Experience (preferred)
Other languages such as R, python, C#, etc
